Our role

Candai Group helps clients identify, prepare and connect with third-party banks, financial institutions and funds in the United States, Europe and the Americas. We provide document review, market guidance and structuring support. Candai Group does not negotiate credit terms on behalf of any lender, does not take possession of client funds, and does not make credit decisions.

Credit decisions rest with the lender

All decisions relating to credit approval, interest rates, terms, conditions and disbursement are made exclusively by the relevant partner bank, financial institution or fund, in accordance with that institution's own underwriting criteria and regulatory requirements. Candai Group has no authority to approve, deny or guarantee any financing outcome.
